Update - 23 March 2022

You will have seen the changes to the COVID Protection Framework, including gathering size limits and vaccine passes announced this morning - here's what that means for your club:

  • From 11.59 Friday night, limits on outdoor gatherings numbers are removed with My Vaccine Pass
    • LOTTO NRFL matches starting this Saturday can operate with no gathering limits outdoors with My Vaccine Pass
  • Up to 200 people can gather inside with My Vaccine Pass (increased from 100)
    • We're working through what this means for futsal
  • From 4 April, My Vaccine Passes are no longer required for playing or attending gatherings
  • From 5 April, anyone can register to play football or futsal without the need for a My Vaccine Pass
    • We're working to remove the My Vaccine Pass requirement in Friendly Manager and Comet, and will update you asap

NZF will update their guidance for all CPF levels, and we expect that by 4 April.More resources

NRF's position is still that the best way to get the most football played, and keep our team mates safe, is to get vaccinated, which is consistent with NZF guideance.

Despite the challenges of Omicron ahead, our team is determined to deliver the best season possible, and look forward to working alongside you to do it.
